Our history
We shared funny stories of our 10 year career path with our customers.
Gonzalo once gathered us due to a serious problem with a customer. We had only one shot. We should find the "silver bullet" to kill it. It was a huge commitment for all of us, we worked along with the client, entire nights without sleeping at all.
We were at a client's office and we had to define the colours and simbols of his network. But there was a key member who indicated what colour to use without giving its name. That was something weird! Another colleague asked: "Weren't you colour-blind?" And then, we understood.
We were at the implementation of OMS and found some tough customers who weren't very nice to us. As soon as I arrived, I saw the gate burnt, when I got in I saw a pizza box that read OMS in a card with a dart stuck in its centre. That's not all, when I left I found a hung doll…I didn't ask who it was...just in case.
It was March 2017, the temperature was 104 F°. Really hot. We were launching a product in the new offices. A Greek expert was in charge of it. Suddenly, he asked for the toilet. After a while, he wasn't coming back and we heard some noise coming from there. Then we realised he was locked up. Not only that, even the power cut off. After 40 minutes we were able to get him out, he was soaking wet.
Trivia
In a tight contest we dared all attendees to show how much they knew about Enerminds. The group was split in two and they answered questions and played with their phones. Awards were given to the winners.
Special Awards
The most important moment of the night was when those who were part of the team from the very beginning received their special awards.
Blowing the candles
Finally, the team blew the candles for our 10th anniversary and the founders, Diego Rodríguez, I+D+I Director, Gastón Moyano, Ops Director, and Gonzalo Soliverez, CEO, thanked everyone for the commitment and dedication delivered.
